A system on chip having a structure used in a second network device is disclosed. The system on chip comprises: a first hardware resource; and a resource management module configured to monitor a state of the first hardware resource and configured to manage a sharing condition with respect to the first hardware resource and sharing information with respect to a second hardware resource wherein the sharing condition is to be shared by a first network device and a second network device and the sharing information is currently shared by the second network device and a third network device. Therefore, the system on chip can use computing power of another network device.
