A recharging device for a vehicle which charges the vehicle by using power supplied from an external power source according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a relay which supplies a current outputted from the external power source to the vehicle. The present invention includes a circuit breaker which detects the generation of a short circuit or ground in the vehicle. The present invention includes a control part which blocks the supply of the current into the vehicle through the relay and the circuit breaker when the short circuit or ground is generated. So, the vehicle can be protected from an overcurrent generated due to the short circuit or ground. |
