The present invention relates to a portable urination information measuring device. The portable urination information measuring device comprises: a handle that a user holds by a hand to move and measure; a button configured to record a wakeup time; a button configured to record a sleeping time; a urination record start button; a cover unit on which a urination cup is placed; a weight measuring unit configured to measure a weight transferred by the cover unit; a signal processing unit configured to signal-process the measured weight information by a function with respect to time; a battery which can be portable; an external storage memory for continuously storing data; and a main body with a case arranged on a lower side of the cover unit.
