The present invention provides a hot pack and a method for producing a hot pack. A heating temperature of a heater is prevented from decreasing by medicinal herbs, and a fumigation effect of the medicinal herbs is prevented from being degraded even when a mixing ratio of the medicinal herbs included in the heater is reduced. The hot pack comprises: a cover having an accommodating space formed therein, and having a medicinal layer obtained by coating and attaching a powder-type medicinal member on a hot melt coated on the outer surface thereof; and a heater disposed in the accommodation space. The method for producing a hot pack comprises the steps of: coating a dissolved hot melt on one side surface of a cloth having air permeability; providing a powder-type medicinal member to the surface of the hot melt; and attaching the medicinal member on the surface of the hot melt by cooling the hot melt. |
