The present invention relates to a volatile organic compound incinerator-thermal medium boiler capable of producing steam and hot water by heating a thermal medium while efficiently and economically incinerating a volatile organic compound gas in a thermal incineration type. To achieve this, disclosed is the volatile organic compound incinerator-thermal medium boiler, as the thermal medium boiler for producing steam and hot water by heating the thermal medium circulating a heating pipe inside a furnace with a combustor, including: at least one suction hood sucking the volatile organic compound gas at a predetermined pressure; an intake pipe collecting the volatile organic compound gases sucked by the suction hood in one plate; a knockout drum connected to the intake pipe and separating and collecting mist contained in the volatile organic compound gas; a blower forcibly transferring the volatile organic compound gas penetrated through the knockout drum; a nozzle installed in an upper side of the furnace and injecting the volatile organic compound gas forcibly transferred by the blower inside the furnace; and a frame arrester installed between the blower and the nozzle and preventing flames back to the blower. |
