According to the present invention, a system for managing building facilities comprises: a tag attached to each facility to be managed of a building to be managed, in which an identification number of each facility to be managed is recorded; a managing server device comprising a database in which information about each building to be managed and each facility to be managed is recorded; a first information device which is retained by a responsible manager of each building to be managed, records an abnormal condition of the facility to be managed, and is connected to the managing server device via the internet or a mobile communication network to transmit information about the abnormal condition to the managing server device; and a second information device retained by a responsible repair worker of the facility to be managed, and connected to the managing server device via the internet or a mobile communication network to receive a repair request for the facility to be managed of the building to be managed from the managing server device. |
