The present invention relates to a wild vine chocolate which is without strange taste and off-flavor and improves unique taste and flavor of a wild vine, and a producing method thereof. The producing method comprises the steps of: producing a wild vine mixture by mixing wild vine powder and a solvent; producing a melting cacao mixture by mixing and heating cacao powder, cacao butter, oil, sugar, whole milk powder, lactose, and lecithin; and injecting and cooling 2 to 8 parts by weight of the wild vine mixture in a mold with respect to 100 parts by weight of the cacao mixture. |
