The present invention relates to a method for producing a polarizing plate and to a method for storing a polarizing film. The method for producing the polarizing plate includes: a polarizing film producing process for producing the polarizing film of a polyvinyl alcohol resin layer; a storing process for storing the polarizing film at a temperature of 35C or higher during 20 hours or more; and an adhering process for adhering to a protective film through an adhesive layer consisting of active energy ray thermosetting adhesive on at least one side of the polarizing film.
