PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a groove for forming a distance in a part of a lower electrode by a laser scribe method and the like is formed readily to be tapered toward a substrate so that there is a case where adhesion between the lower electrode and a light absorption layer at the groove lowers thereby to degrade reliability of photoelectric conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device comprises: a lower electrode in which a first lower electrode and a second lower electrode are formed on a substrate at a distance from each other; a photoelectric conversion layer formed from above the first lower electrode through the substrate to above the second lower electrode; and a transparent electrode formed on the photoelectric conversion layer, in which one of both ends of the first lower electrode and the second lower electrode is formed in a concave curve and the other is in a convex curve. |
