PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the reactivation of trial of an application, even when the trial is disabled after switching from the trial to official use of the application, by adding a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An equipment management user 22 causes an image forming apparatus 10 to create trial reactivation application information D0, and an application information management server 24 creates trial reactivation information D2 in response to a trial reactivation information creation request D3 involving the trial reactivation application information D0. The equipment management user 22 inputs the trial reactivation information D2 into the image forming apparatus 10, and the image forming apparatus 10 checks the validity of the trial reactivation information D2 and, if determined valid, performs the trial reactivation. |
