PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent oily cosmetic including an oil content and a water-soluble plant extract, sustaining a transparent appearance for a long time and giving good stability with time and a good feeling for use.SOLUTION: A transparent oily cosmetic includes (A) a water-soluble plant extract, (B) a fatty acid in a liquid state at normal temperature and (C) an alkylene oxide derivative of glycerin as an oil content. The (B) fatty acid is preferably oleic acid and isostearic acid; and the (C) alkylene oxide derivative of glycerin is preferably a glyceryl ether including at least one kind of polyalkylene oxy partial structure selected from polyoxyethylene, polyoxypropylene and polyoxybutylene. |
