摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building having a composite beam which is strong against plastic deformation and can be designed advantageously in terms of costs by suppressing required ultimate lateral strength to be low.SOLUTION: A building has a hybrid (composite) beam 10 for which both ends of a steel frame S disposed between opposing columns 12 are covered with RC, a center part of the steel frame S is defined as a steel frame beam part 10A, both ends are defined as RC beam parts 10B, and an end on the side of the column 12 and an end on the side of the steel frame beam part 10A of the RC beam part 10B are reinforced by a reinforcing bar 14, respectively. A steel frame beam part side reinforcement part 16 reinforcing the end on the side of the steel frame part 10A of the RC beam part 10B so as not to generate a plastic hinge to be plastically deformed in an earthquake inside the RC beam part 10B is provided, and both ends of the steel frame beam part 10A are plastic hinge areas 18 where the plastic hinge is to be generated.
