The compressor device (10) has a cylinder (20), a piston (26) movable in the cylinder by a piston drive (28), an inlet valve assembly (58) and an outlet valve assembly. A discharge unit (74) is provided, by which a discharge flow path is produced, by which the working fluid flows off to the outlet valve assembly over the working chamber (44) during a compression stroke of the piston. The discharge unit has a release valve assembly in the discharge flow path. An independent claim is included for a compressor system, particularly medical or dental compressor system with a control valve. |
