The present invention relates to a piston pump having a configuration that enables same to avoid leaks of the working fluid thereof, made up of a body comprising a single integral part, which is connected to the flange of the pump, enabling identical coupling thereof to the devices with which the pump is normally used, and maintaining the axis of the piston completely aligned with the gasket of the pump flange, creating an anti-leak system for piston pumps.
