According to the present invention, an ultrasonic test device extracts reflective components on a bonding surface from reflective signals depending on ultrasonic waves sent from an arbitrary position while two-dimensionally scanning the welded bonding surface of an object to store the components in relation with two-dimensional coordinate data at a position where that reflective signals are detected, and displays for each of stored reflective components, at a position corresponding to the two-dimensional coordinate data of corresponding components in a first area on the surface, in a type of distinguishing an intensity of corresponding components by concentration or color. Additionally, when one position is assigned in the first area, each reflective component related with coordinate data corresponding to the assigned position or the same plane are respectively displayed at a position in response to horizontal position data of the second dimensional coordinate data of corresponding components in a second area in a type of distinguishing the intensity of corresponding components by concentration, and so on and in a third area on the screen in a type of distinguishing the intensity of corresponding components by the length. |
