The purpose of the present invention is to provide a solar reflector plate maintaining an excellent reflectance of a reflective layer and having excellent sand resistance and weather resistance. The solar reflector plate according to the present invention comprises a substrate; a reflective layer provided onto the substrate; and a protective layer provided onto the reflective layer, wherein the protective layer contains silicon and an organic substance, contains silicon in an amount of 10% by mass to 60% by mass in terms of SiO 2 , and has 1.5 to 3.2 oxygen atoms on average that form a chemical bond with silicon. |
