The present invention relates to a sterilizing type bill counter for improving sterilizing function comprising a cartridge for containing solution inside to spray a sanitizing solution or odor eliminating solution on the bill. The sterilizing type bill counter comprises a heating unit for heating the bill when tension force is applied to the bill by using a rotation speed difference between a first roller and a second roller. According to the sterilizing type bill counter for improving a sterilizing function, the present invention has an advantage of increasing a sterilizing effect by using the sanitizing solution without reducing a fragrance effect applied to the bill.
