The present invention discloses a method and a device to processing a magnetic resonance image about a subject. The method includes: a step of receiving user input to display multiple first magnetic resonance (MR) images and multiple second MR images, obtained by photographing the subject, on a screen; a step of displaying the first MR images on a first area of the screen by classifying the images by multiple series according to each protocol of the subject; and a step of displaying the second MR images on a second area of the screen by classifying the images by multiple series corresponding to the series for the classification of the first MR images. The second MR images, classified by the multiple series, are placed in the same order as order in which the first MR images are placed by the multiple series.
