The invention relates to a mowing machine, comprising: a frame, a mowing section connected to the frame and having a plurality of mower members each rotatable about an upright axis of rotation, and a support device connected to the frame or the mowing section and by means of which the mowing machine, during operation, rests on a ground surface with at least part of its weight, characterized in that the mowing section and the support device are each pivotable about a common axis of rotation with respect to the frame, wherein said common axis of rotation is substantially perpendicular to an intended forward direction of movement of the mowing machine. |
