PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air purifier of a high air purifying performance capable, by prompting a user to input salt for preventing the neglectfulness of salt input, of stably generating electrolyzed water.SOLUTION: The air purifier provided for realizing this objective of the present invention comprises a mainframe case 1, an inlet port 2, and an air outlet 3; a ventilation means 4 and an air purifying means 5 are configured within the mainframe case 1; the air purifying means 5 is formed by a tray 6 for storing water, a feed water tank 7 for feeding water into the tray 6, an electrolysis unit 8 for generating electrolyzed water from the water within the tray 6, and a filter unit 9 partially immersed within the water within the tray 6; air suctioned via the inlet port 2 by the ventilation means 4 is scheduled to be transmitted into the air outlet 3 via the filter unit 9; as for sodium chloride poured into the tray 6 for prompting the generation of electrolyzed water by the electrolysis unit 8, a sodium chloride storage means 13 for storing sodium chloride is configured within the mainframe case 1. |
