Driver state estimation device

The invention is directed to a drive state estimation device using a mathematical model of the driver. To increase accuracy, a baseline for each particular driver is established, based on actual and predicted behavour. This is done during an initialization period, at the start of driving or depending on traveling scene. An independent claim 5 is included for a device without an initialization.
