The present invention relates to a tractor connecting device having a position-variable working machine connector and, more specifically, to a tractor connecting device having a position-variable working machine connector, which transfers the power from a tractor to a working machine, and changes the position of a working machine connector according to the position of a drive shaft of the working machine to enable a worker to attach and detach the working machine to/from the tractor in a state that the worker sits in the tractor even if the kind, a form according to a manufacturer, a structure, an interval, etc. of the working machine are different. The tractor connecting device comprises: a tractor connector (100) which is connected to the rear of a tractor; a working machine connector (200) which is formed in the front of a working machine; and a joint shaft fixing part (300) which transfers the power from a power take-off (PTO) of the tractor to a drive shaft of the working machine. |
