The present invention relates to a device for operating a thermal sensor of a rice cooker for business use, which has a structure capable of replacing a wire connecting between an operation rod and a door which can be broken by repetitive opening and shutting for a long time, and using gas safely. The device for operating a thermal sensor of a rice cooker for business use of the present invention, with respect to the device having a combustion chamber in the inside of a main body and a door opening and shutting an entrance in the front of the combustion chamber, comprises: the operation rod installed on the bottom surface inside the combustion chamber so as to be slid forward/backward; a link connected to the front end of the operation rod and the lower end of the door so as to pull the operation rod forward when the door opens and to push the operation rod backward when the door shuts; a guide guiding the operation rod forward/backward when the operation rod is pulled or pushed; the thermal sensor including a contact element elastically supported by an elastic spring; and an operation wire connecting the contact element to the rear end of the operation rod mutually and making the contact element of the thermal sensor descend or ascend by sliding the operation rod forward/backward when the door opens and shuts. According to the present invention: the structure for connecting the operation rod, which makes the contact element of the thermal sensor descend or ascend in concordance with opening and shutting of the door, is simple and strong, thereby increasing operational reliability and durability; a user can check whether a burner ignites or not after pushing a cooker in to allow the same to be placed on the burner and shutting the door halfway, thereby preventing a gas explosion caused by the gas leakage remaining unignited from happening. |
