The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a block for mounting a decorative panel, and to the block for mounting a decorative panel. The block for mounting a decorative panel has minimized unsophisticatedness and artificial sense of a block, and the surface of a wall finished with the block has improved visual appearance. More particularly, the manufacturing method of the block for mounting a decorative panel comprises: a first step of arranging a reinforcing bar in a mold; a second step of fixating a bar-shaped support to the reinforcing bar; a third step of adjusting a cup-shaped mount unit arranged between the mold and the support to a designated location, wherein one closed end of the mount unit comes in contact with the floor of the mold, and the other end of the mount unit has an insertion groove formed to receive the support; a fourth step of pouring mortar to the mold, and curing the resultant product; and a fifth step of separating a block from the mold, wherein the one end of the mount unit is exposed on the front surface of the block. |
