摘要 The present invention relates to a method and a system for forming a solution film, which provide a non-oriented film having a controlled thickness deviation and a thickness of 40 m or less. The system (10) for forming a solution film comprises a softening device (11) provided with a suction drying unit (41) and an air-supplying drying unit (42). The suction drying unit (41) is provided with an IR heater (50) and first to third suction portions (51-53). The IR heater (50) carries out drying by heating right after forming a soft film (29) until the solvent content reaches 300%. The first and the third suction portions (51-53) suck gases at the external side of the lateral edge (23e) of a belt (23). In this manner, the wind speed on the soft film (29) is controlled to 0.5 m/sec or less and the solvent gas concentration under the atmosphere on the soft film (29) is controlled to 10% or less. The air-supplying drying unit (41) carries out drying of the soft film (29) after it is subjected to suction drying treatment performed by the suction drying unit (41).
