The present invention relates to a disaster predicting system. The disaster predicting system according to the present invention includes an information receiving unit receiving weather information from a weather information server; an additional information matching unit matching additional information containing at least one among underground water information, soil type information, and geological feature information up with stored topographic information; a hazard calculating unit calculating a degree of hazard according to the weather of a preset region based on the weather information and the additional information; a hazard area determining unit setting a hazard area corresponding to the degree of risk of the preset region; a hazard information matching unit matching the calculated degree of risk up with the topographic information. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the disaster predicting system capable of providing the hazard information per a sort of disasters and future hazard information.
