PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence which effectively absorbs noises and comprises ventilation property and a blind function.SOLUTION: A fence includes a plurality of louver materials 2 vertically arranged with clearances between each other installed between columns 1 and wind passes through the clearances. The louver material 2 is formed of an upper part formed of two slope parts in a mountain shape and a hollow body formed by two side surface parts facing each other below the slope parts. A fence is configured in such a manner that a sound absorption material is provided between upper portions of the side surface parts and upper portions of the slope parts of the lower louver material 2 are inserted between lower portions of the side surface parts of an upper louver material 2 of two vertically adjacent louver materials 2, thereby establishing a blind function for blocking a visual line in the forward/backward direction of the fence by the louver materials 2, ventilation property obtained from the clearances between the louver materials 2, and a function of efficiently absorbing noises incident between the upper and lower louver materials 2, progressing along the slope parts, and entering the sound absorption material. |
