PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component mounting device which can correctly correct a mounting position.SOLUTION: A surface mounter (electronic component mounting device) 100 comprises: a substrate camera 22; a mounting head unit 20 including a mounting head 23 arranged at an offset distance from the substrate camera 22; and an arithmetic processing part 71. The arithmetic processing part 71 acquires first error data &Dgr;C1 obtained when the substrate camera 22 is moved to a target position coordinate P to create a first error table 7a and acquires second error data &Dgr;C2 obtained when the mounting head 23 is moved by an offset distance from the target position coordinate P to create a second error table 7b. The arithmetic processing part 71 corrects horizontal positional deviation based on the first error table 7a and additionally correct horizontal positional deviation &Dgr;H and positional deviation &Dgr;α in a rotational direction at the time of mounting a component, on the basis of a component mounting position M and the second error table 7b. |
