PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform mounting of a sensor that facilitates fixing to a product and has enhanced accuracy in measurement of temperature.SOLUTION: In a heat exchange type ventilation apparatus arranged with a heat exchange element 19, a circuit set 23 is provided adjacent to the heat exchange element 19 and detects a room temperature to perform operation control of the apparatus, and the circuit set 23 is formed with an opening 29 at a portion adjacent to the exhaust suction port 20 of the heat exchange element 19 and is arranged with a room temperature sensor 28. Thereby, the room temperature sensor 28 is mounted to the inside of the circuit set 23, reducing the pulling around of a lead line of the room temperature sensor 28. Furthermore, an opening 29 of the circuit set 23 is formed in an inflow path to the exhaust suction port 20 of the heat exchange element 19, which enables a direct measurement of the temperature of the air flowing into the heat exchange element 19. |
