The invention relates to a composition, comprising: a) at least one carrier material; b) at least one ionic liquid; c) at least one metal, selected from the subgroup VIII of the periodic table of the elements; d) at least one organic compound containing phosphorus, which compound has the structural element of formula (I); and e) optionally one or more organic amines. The invention further relates to a method for producing such a composition, to the use of the composition as a catalytically active composition, and to a method for hydroformylation, wherein the composition is used as a catalytically active composition.
