An apparatus for dehumidification and humidification is provided. The apparatus for dehumidification and humidification comprises: a first adsorption unit disposed on a first route where first intake air is introduced to have a first adsorbent discharging moisture to the first intake air; a second adsorption unit disposed on a second route where second intake air is introduced to have a second adsorbent adsorbing the moisture from the second intake air; a thermoelectric device having an endothermic surface and a heating surface; a first heat exchanging unit disposed on the heating surface to receive heat from the heating surface to transmit the heat to the first adsorption unit; and a second heat exchanging unit disposed on the endothermic surface to receive the heat from the second adsorption unit to transmit the heat to the endothermic surface.
