The present invention relates to an adhesive layer for electrical insulation. The adhesive layer comprises an adhesive composition containing acrylic monomers having a general structure alone as a main ingredients but has a low dielectric constant, high insulation property and anti-cloudiness property under a high-temperature and high-humidity condition. The present invention also relates to an adhesive film for electrical insulation and an optical member including the same attached thereto. The adhesive layer for electrical insulation is obtained by crosslinking an adhesive composition comprising an acrylic copolymer obtained by copolymerization of: 4-60 parts by weight of one or more polyalkylene oxide chain-containing vinyl monomers; 95.5-25 parts by weight of alkyl (meth)acrylates having C1-C14 alkyl groups; and 0.5-15 parts by weight of copolymerizable vinyl monomers having at least one functional group of a hdyroxyl group and carboxyl group, based on 100 parts by weight of total monomers, in combination with a crosslinking agent.
