PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise device having a sanitary seal member that can maintain airtightness in a chamber and is easy for a user to put on or take off.SOLUTION: An exercise device includes: a chamber 10 having an opening 12 which allows a user to enter and leave it; a seal member 20 that closes the opening 12 of the chamber 10 airtight; a pressure control unit which pressurizes the inside of the chamber 10; and an exercise apparatus accommodated inside the chamber 10. The opening 12 of the chamber 10 is provided with an engaging ring 13. The seal member 20 includes: a skirt 22 engaged with and disengaged from the engaging ring 13; a spat 21 to be worn by the user and detachably attached to the skirt 22; and a tube 24 attached to the outer peripheral end of the skirt 22. The tube 24 is elastic and causes the outer peripheral end of the skirt 22 to come in contact with the engaging ring 13. The skirt 22 is tightened against the engaging ring 13 due to pressurization inside the chamber 10. |
