摘要 The present invention relates to a method and a device and, more specifically, to a method and a device for measuring and analyzing a blood flow rate by noninvasively quantifying the blood flow rate using an infrared light optical system without using a contrast medium. The present invention provides a method for measuring a blood flow change of a hypodermic vein. The method for measuring a blood flow change of a hypodermic vein includes: a step of radiating infrared light to skin using an infrared light source; a step of obtaining images including a hypodermic vein based on the infrared ray reflected from the skin; a step of generating histogram of the images including the hypodermic vein in accordance with the brightness of pixels using each of the pixels of the images including the obtained hypodermic vein; a step of calculating a distribution change of the histogram of the images including the hypodermic vein; and a step of calculating the blood flow change of the hypodermic vein based on the calculated distribution change of the histogram. According to the present invention, the method for measuring a blood flow change can measure the blood flow rate in a noninvasive method without using the contrast medium unlike an existing technique, by measuring the blood flow rate using the image of the infrared rays.
