The present invention relates to a picker adsorbing an element by being mounted on a pick and place device transferring the element. According to the present invention, the picker includes: a rod (200) having a suction path (210) in which a vacuum pressure is applied, and connected to an adsorbing unit (220) in which the element (10) is adsorbed on one end; and a vertical driving unit (100) moving the rod (200) in a vertical direction. The vertical driving unit (100) includes: a first body unit (110) connected to a support structure to be detached, wherein the rod (200) is connected in a vertical direction to move; a second body unit (120) fixed and connected to the rod (200) and moving in a vertical direction by electric operation on the first body unit (110), thereby the second body unit (120) moves the rod (200) on the first body unit (110) in at least a direction among the upper direction and the lower direction; and an electric driving unit installed in at least one among the first body unit (110) and the second body unit (120) and driving the movement in at least one direction among the upper direction and the lower direction of the second body unit (120) on the first body unit (110). |
