PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for compensation of power from an auxiliary power supply when SOFC stops.SOLUTION: A HEMS 30 stores the history of gas consumption each of a SOFC 70 and a gas appliance 78, and the use history of a vehicle 32 based on the time when a vehicle couling portion 26 and the vehicle 32 are connected and disconnected. Based on the use history of a vehicle 32 and the history of gas consumption, the HEMS 30 determines an appropriate stop day for stopping the SOFC 70, and stops the SOFC 70 at the appropriate stop day thus determined. |
