PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which, in the conventional apparatuses, it is difficult to apply to an in-line type apparatus continuously conveying a sheet since inspection is performed while a sheet is intermittently conveyed by a fixed amount.SOLUTION: An inspection apparatus C2 comprises: roller-shaped upper electrodes 21 rotating in contact with an upper surface of an electrode sheet S continuously conveyed in a horizontal direction; roller-shaped lower electrodes 23 rotating in contact with an under surface of the electrode sheet S; thickness resistance measurement means 60A for measuring electric resistance in a thickness direction of the electrode sheet S by means of electric conduction between the upper electrodes 21 and the lower electrodes 23 being in contact with the electrode sheet S. The apparatus can continuously and promptly perform electric resistance measurement in the thickness direction of the electrode sheet S, thereby being suitable for an in-line type apparatus continuously conveying the electrode sheet S. |
