PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid material of an inter-layer delamination type, superior in sealability and easy openability, superior in moldability, having a high degree of freedom in a manufacturing process, and also superior in economy, and to provide a package using the same.SOLUTION: In a lid material comprising a laminate having a base material layer, an intermediate layer, and a seal layer adjacent to the intermediate layer in this order, the intermediate layer is a layer comprising EMAA, and the seal layer is a layer comprising a resin composition including a polyethylene resin and an inorganic filler. A package using the same is also provided. |
