PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of suitably producing a wavelength conversion member even if its rigidity is low.SOLUTION: A green sheet 10 for forming a wavelength conversion member comprising first inorganic phosphor powder 11 and glass powder 12 is prepared. A laminate production step of laminating a constraint layer 20 provided with a layer including a second inorganic phosphor powder 21a as the surface layer at least on one side of the green sheet 10 for forming a wavelength conversion member in such a manner that the layer including the second inorganic phosphor powder 21a is contacted with the green sheet 10 for forming a wavelength conversion member to obtain a laminate 30 is performed. The laminate 30 is fired. A separation step of separating a fired constraint layer 25 from the fired laminate 31 is performed. |
