PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting diode lighting device and an illuminating fixture capable of stably dimming a light-emitting diode.SOLUTION: A light-emitting diode lighting device 1 comprises a light-emitting diode 2, a power supply circuit part 4, and a dimming controller 6. The power supply circuit part 4 converts power supplied from a power supply into DC power, and supplies the DC power to the light-emitting diode 2. The minimum value of an output of a first error detection circuit 13 and an output of a second error detection circuit 14 is outputted to the power supply circuit part 4 as a feedback signal. When the output of the first error detection circuit 13 is outputted as the feedback signal, the control is performed so that output current is decreased when output voltage is increased, and when the output of the second error detection circuit 14 is outputted as the feedback signal, the output current is controlled at a constant current value depending on a dimming signal. |
