The present invention relates to a method for the preparation of dishes and to a system for the preparation of dishes, comprising a controller, a control program that can be executed by the controller, and a weighing device coupled to the controller, wherein the implementation of at least one recipe in the preparation of at least one dish can be supported by said system. The invention also relates to a method for recording at least one recipe during the preparation of dishes. The aim of the present invention is to provide a method for the preparation of dishes and a system for the preparation of dishes which is space-saving and universal. Said aim is achieved by a method and a corresponding system, wherein, in partial method steps, a recipe is read out from a memory unit of a controller; ingredients to be added by the controller are outputted by at least one optical or acoustic output device; the addition of at least one ingredient for a dish is detected by a weighing device coupled to the controller; the preparation of at least one dish, preferably simultaneously the preparation of at least two dishes, in particular a dinner including several courses, for optionally one or more persons, is supported by the controller, wherein at least one of the following steps is carried out in the method and/or the system components required for carrying out the step are used: coordinating activities which are to be performed consecutively or in parallel by assigning the activities to a common time rail and outputting the activities via the output device; reading out at least one weighing sensor, in particular at least two weighing sensors of the at least one weighing device, in order to detect the weights of one or at least two vessels and manage the determined weights in the controller. |
