Disclosed is an automatic glass-breaking emergency escape and alarm system. The system has: a glass-breaking apparatus (1) for breaking glass; an independent control apparatus (3) for receiving a signal and controlling the detonation of the glass-breaking apparatus (1), the independent control apparatus (3) being connected to the glass-breaking apparatus (1); and a centralized control apparatus (4) connected to a plurality of independent control apparatuses (3) via a communication bus (5) or conductive wire, the independent control apparatuses (3) and/or the centralized control apparatus (4) comprise a fault self-diagnosis system which can promptly perform fault diagnosis on an electric ignition loop. Also disclosed is a traffic vehicle having the system. The automatic glass-breaking emergency escape and alarm system can automatically sense the occurrence of an accident and can automatically break glass. The fault self-diagnosis system can promptly diagnose a circuit fault, so as to ensure that the system is in a working state at any time and has a high safety factor.
