PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a charging amount of a battery using a complex impedance.SOLUTION: A computer calculates a tilt angle at linear approximation of a complex impedance in at least two different frequencies within a diffusion region of a secondary battery, and compares the tilt angle with a threshold value. According to the tilt angle, a charging amount of the secondary battery is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
