PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition capable of forming a seal layer that has easy openability due to cohesion detachment, is excellent in extrusion lamination moldability, has sufficiently high heat seal strength, and is excellent in easy openability, extrusion lamination moldability, peeling appearance, and the like.SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition contains 60-84 wt.% of (A) component, 3-23 wt.% of (B) component, and 3-28 wt.% of (C) component. The (A) component is crystalline polyester that contains an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid unit and has a melting peak temperature of 110-140°C. The (B) component is at least one of amorphous polyester and polyolefin. The (C) component is a styrenic thermoplastic elastomer formed of at least one of a block copolymer having a polymer block P derived from a vinyl aromatic compound and a polymer block Q derived from conjugated diene or a product of hydrogenation of this block copolymer. The total amount of 1,2- and 3,4-bond units of the block Q is 60 mol% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
