SEPARATED KNEADING METHOD AND SEPARATED KNEADING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a separated kneading method using equipment and a program in a bulk kneading method.SOLUTION: A separated kneading device performs a separated kneading method using a program for bulk kneading to manufacture and discharge concrete by feeding each material into a mixer 20 and kneading the materials and giving instructions by a control panel 18 and shipment management means 22. The control panel 18 includes: material feeding means 23 for instructing a material to be discharged to the mixer 20; kneading means 24 for designating a kneading condition; and discharge means 25 for opening the mixer 20. The shipment management means 22 includes: separated kneading blending setting means 28 and processing order setting means 29. A dummy signal is output by an operation switch 31 when a primary kneading by the program for bulk kneading is finished and a secondary kneading process by the next program for bulk kneading is proceeded without opening the mixer 20. The mixer is opened by the discharge means 25 when the secondary kneading is finished so as to discharge concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
