One aspect of the present invention provides an electromagnet device in which work to tie up a lead wire of a coil is easily performed even if adjacent coil terminals are close to each other. The electromagnet device includes: spool 21 including guard portion 23 at at least one end, coil 30 being wound around body portion 24 of spool 21; and coil terminal 33 press-fitted in guard portion 23. A lead wire of coil 30 is tied up to tying-up portion 33b of coil terminal 33 projected from guard portion 23. Tying-up portion 33b is folded toward guard portion 23 of spool 21 after the lead wire of coil 30 is tied up to tying-up portion 33b of coil terminal 33 extending in a direction receding from spool 21.
