PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, in an image in which a levee crown height is simply displayed by gradient tints using a certain fixed height as a reference, it is difficult to discriminate a vertical interval intentionally provided in the longitudinal direction from a vertical interval formed by deformation of an embankment.SOLUTION: The height of a levee crown at a predetermined reference position in the levee crown in an embankment transversal direction is defined as a reference height. Reference setup means 20 calculates a reference hight at each position related to the embankment longitudinal direction, on the basis of three-dimensional coordinates data of point groups extracted from the levee crown surface by a laser scanner. Difference calculation means 22 calculates an amount of difference of the height of each element point of the point groups extracted from the levee crown from the reference height corresponding to the embankment-longitudinal-direction position of the element point. Image generation means 24 generates an image of the levee crown, the pixel values of which are set according to the amount of difference. |
