PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fabric that is lightweight, has low air permeability and has soft texture, and to provide a fiber product.SOLUTION: The fabric is produced by using a polytrimethylene terephthalate multifilament having a total fineness of 35 dtex or less, has a basis weight of 70 g/mor less and an air permeability of 3 cc/cm*sec or less. It is preferable that the polytrimethylene terephthalate multifilament has a total fineness of 25 dtex or less and a single fiber fineness of 1.4 dtex or less. The fabric has a cover factor CF in a range of 1,500-2,800 and preferably has a rip-stop taffeta structure. |
