PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic solution having sufficient photoelectric conversion efficiency when a dye-sensitized solar cell is assembled.SOLUTION: An electrolytic solution contains iodine, a 1,3-dialkyl imidazolium iodide, and a quaternary phosphonium iodide, and the content of the quaternary phosphonium iodide is 1 mol% or more and less than 20 mol% with respect to the total amount of the 1,3-dialkyl imidazolium iodide and the quaternary phosphonium iodide. |
