The connector (50) has a connector housing, a contact and a basic contact carrier formed in an IP67 seal connection with a plug connector socket (30) of an LED light module (1). The plug connector socket is inserted into a putting portion. A sealing element is placed in the putting portion. A cable connection region of the contact is provided in a terminal section. A pressure equalization chamber is arranged in a functional section and the terminal section. A deformable elastomeric casing is provided in functional area. An independent claim is also included for a sealed LED light module.
